Started rowing in February of 1964 to stay in shape for Brown University Football. Ended up rowing, coaching, and refereeing throughout my life. Did 1,001,838m for three years, 2022-2024 to celebrate the founding of the Narragansett Boat Club on March 6, 1838. Since then I have done numerous WOD sessions throughout the year. Set my sights on a reduced goal of 501,838 for the 2025 January Challenge and did it.
