New to rowing, but enjoying it as part of my winter multi-sport training and workouts. I train primarily for cycling, but also enjoy swimming, kayaking, lifting weights and some multisport. After doing over 120 triathlons of every distance between 1983 and 2020 (with 6 years off in the middle), I gave up running in 2020 and am rowing more. Joined the Diamonds for inspiration!
