Hello! I picked up my Model D/PM3 on 7/4/2011. I'm pretty tall and large framed, but stepping on a scale two weeks earlier and seeing the first digit was a 3! was a wake-up call. I'm 41 now and haven't been to a health club in a few years and it shows. :( Looking to lose weight for now. Already down to 288!
