I am a retired Mechanical Engineer and health educator. I live an a remote area of Tennessee on 120+ acres of hills streams and trees, in a solar-powered home, which I designed. I have, since my youth, believed that a healthful diet and proper exercise can lead to a long healthy life. I have been a vegan for more than 60 years and have walked an average of 1200 miles per year for 13 years, but found that my fitness was diminishing. I bought the RowErg around Thanksgiving in 2020 and have been able to maintain my fitness by optimizing my workouts and heart rate.
