I am a retired Mechanical Engineer and health educator. My wife and I live an a remote area of Tennessee on 120+ acres of hills streams and trees, in a solar-powered home, which I designed. I have, since my youth, believed that a healthful diet and proper exercise can lead to a long healthy life. I have been a vegan for more than 50 years and have been walking/jogging and average of 1200 miles per year for the last 13 years, but found that my fitness was diminishing. With the RowErg I have been able to reverse that trend by optimizing my workouts and heart rate.
