12 Labors of the StrengthErg

The 12 Labors of the StrengthErg challenge is our first ever challenge for the StrengthErg, so where better to start than basing it of one of the most legendary ever exploits of strength? Unlike Hercules, you don’t even have to clean out any stables or slay a lion, you just have to complete all 12 of these workouts between July 20 and July 31. You can do the events in any order, and you can do more than one in a day. Good luck!

The Details

  • Complete all of the 12 Labors during the challenge period.
  • This is an individual challenge. (You do not need to belong to a team to participate.)
  • You do not need to sign up. Just enter the events in your logbook.
  • More than one event can be completed on the same day and they can be done in any order.
  • You will need to use ErgData to complete the challenge, as ErgData is the only way StrengthErg results can be entered into the Logbook.

Anyone with an online logbook at concept2.com can participate in this challenge.
