2000 2set했는데 2번째 세트에서 (강도2)마지막에 세게 당겼더니 다음날 아침에 안아픈 오른쪽 어때 뒷쪽에 통증을 느낀다 또 윤동을 몇일 쉬어야겠다 뭔가 잘멋된자세로 운동하고있는지 관련 근육이 버티질 못해서 강도를 낮춰야히는지 모르겠다
