10 rounds of 1 minute work, with 30 seconds rest between each round. * The 2024 World Rowing Indoor Champs will again feature the multi event Versa competition. To qualify, competitors must complete two challenges by December 4. This is one of those challenges, with scores for total work distance and distance in the third minute of work.
